ENGLISH 1 focuses on productive skills which include speaking and writing as well as receptive skills which encompass listening and reading. These skills enable students to produce language in written and spoken forms; other than to be able to create and communicate new ideas. This course is designed to prepare foundation students to become progressive B1 independent users (referencing to Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) level); to be proficient English language users in both academic and social contexts

CHEMISTRY 1 is structured to provide students with fundamental concepts, techniques for handling laboratory apparatus and chemicals, and the development of problem-solving abilities in physical chemistry. Topics covered include principles of matter, stoichiometry, the periodic table, atomic structure and chemical bonding.
