LANDSCAPE PROJECT MANAGEMENT exposes the students with the project management tasks which include project planning, implementing and monitoring of the project on site. This course also covers managerial roles and responsibilities such as coordinating the overall project, planning from beginning to completion according to schedule and budgeting. It also covers on the tendering process and procedures of submission to the authority regarding to local authority requirement for landscape construction project.
